It was only just over a week ago that Fujifilm announced the version 4 firmware for the X-T2. Much anticipated by X-T2 owners it adds internal F-Log 4K video as well as 120fps 1080p shooting. Now, though, due to “malfunctions”, Fujifilm has put out a new firmware, v4.01. But instead of fixing the issues, it essentially rolls the camera back to version 3. Fujifilm Acros 100 was pronounced pretty much dead in March of last year, during what appears to have been a mass cull of their film over the last few years. But then, just a few short months after its demise, the announcement came that Fujifilm was going to reintroduce some of their black and white films, due to an overwhelming demand from film photographers. Google Photos has been making some changes lately and adding some new features. Starting today, the app integrates a messaging service. This way, users will have a chat feature right in the app, which should make it faster to share photos and videos with friends. I was really happy about Instagram’s recent Story likes – no more DMs with emojis, just a little heart when I open the Story views.
